Hi, I’m Niamh, Galway native and admin extraordinaire!
I recently returned to Ireland after more than a decade away working in Switzerland.
I left with two bags and returned with a husband, two children, a dog and a wealth of admin and office management experience.
I have studied Book-Keeping, business administration and office management which gives me the ability to help you bring in some balance, keep you on track and free up your time so you can focus on what you’re passionate about.
Having worked in small businesses to large multinationals I have solid experience and a diverse set of skills in a full spectrum of office administration.

Hello. I’m Honoria and subject matter expert on all things marketing, social media, project management and events!
From Ireland, USA, Australia and back home again.
But the call of home was strong and after 14 years found me back where I grew up with family in tow.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Business, Postgraduate in Marketing and a First Class Honours Masters in Marketing. After graduating, I put my education to use and worked for two start-ups developing a deep knowledge of business functions.
Next adventure found me hitting the skies and travelling down under where I worked across a number of industries and small to large multinationals in all things marketing plus 9 years at Deloitte where I had opportunity to project manage the firms major marketing campaigns.
My passion for business can be traced back to working in the family Construction business from an early age – across administration, accounts, and payroll etc.
Hello, I’m Katarzyna and I’m a newbie to the Araya team. Originally from Poland and living in Ireland since 2011. My career started in Insurance, where I was an Insurance Manager at the AIB Bank in Slupsk, Poland.
When I moved to Ireland, I initially worked in the hotel industry with the Shearwater Hotel & Spa, Ballinasloe and then in administration with Galway Rural Development, Ballinasloe.
At Araya, I manage the social media and marketing for a number of key accounts, where I create, monitor, execute, and measure digital campaigns.

I haven’t looked back since
I love what I do for a living and I love being self-employed but one aspect of my business that I absolutely hate is bookkeeping. I just kept putting it on the long finger, ignoring it, and then stressing out every 2 months. I came across Araya by chance, and I haven’t looked back since. It’s an amazing feeling to be able to just hand it all over, know that job is being done and VAT submitted to revenue. Not only that but I know I can call the girls if I have any admin tasks that I cannot get to, I’ve often called them for Ad Hoc jobs, such as filling forms, contacting suppliers, and researching. I consider myself quite computer literate but as I was working on Excel I knew there were probably some tips or tricks I could be using to make the tasks more efficient, so I arranged a one-to-one training with Araya. As my excel knowledge was already quite good, the girls suggest a tailored training where they first studied my work and then gave me the knowledge, I needed to streamline my processes. They had lots of shortcuts, tips, and tricks that have changed the way I work. I am now saving so much time and I no longer feel like I’m going to go cross-eyed from starting at excel for hours. Would recommend Araya, the best thing I did was pick up the phone for that initial call, wish I did it sooner.
