I love what I do for a living and I love being self-employed but one aspect of my business that I absolutely hate is bookkeeping. I just kept putting it on the long finger, ignoring it, and then stressing out every 2 months. I came across Araya by chance, and I haven’t looked back since. It’s an amazing feeling to be able to just hand it all over, know that job is being done and VAT submitted to revenue. Not only that but I know I can call the girls if I have any admin tasks that I cannot get to, I’ve often called them for Ad Hoc jobs, such as filling forms, contacting suppliers, and researching. It’s great to have that safety net there, I know that when I need them, no matter how big or small the job is, I can call on Araya and know that the job will be gone. 

I consider myself quite computer literate but as I was working on Excel I knew there were probably some tips or tricks I could be using to make the tasks more efficient, so I arranged a one-to-one training with Araya. As my excel knowledge was already quite good, the girls suggest a tailored training where they first studied my work and then gave me the knowledge, I needed to streamline my processes. They had lots of shortcuts, tips, and tricks that have changed the way I work. I am now saving so much time and I no longer feel like I’m going to go cross-eyed from starting at excel for hours. Would recommend Araya, the best thing I did was pick up the phone for that initial call, wish I did it sooner.

I had the pleasure of working with Niamh & Honoria with creating a new website, logo and digital marketing strategy and their creativity is exceptional. They really tuned into the essence of my business and helped me create an online presence which is very effective. I would highly recommend them if branding your business.
